Brisbane Helen Shapiro Tribute Show. Three distinct sets, all built around a nostalgic narrative, will captivate you and have you believing that you are a teenager again, living the music of the fabulous 60's

Helen Shapiro was "Bigger than the Beatles" from 1961 until 1963, when on her tour of the UK they were her support act. Every teenager of the 60s will be familiar with "Walking Back to Happiness" — one of Helen 's most popular songs — but there are many other great tunes that may have not been heard, by many, for decades.

Sandie Shaw (Puppet on a String) & Petula Clark (Downtown), two other fabulous UK female pop artists of the 60s, also achieved much chart success and their music is popular to this day. This unique show, which is built on a nostalgic narrative covering the careers of these 3 talented UK artists, will take audiences on a 2 hour nostalgic journey back to the 60s, when the music airwaves began to influence the tastes and behaviour of teenagers everywhere. It will captivate you, and have you imagining that you are once again a teenager, living in a time when life was so much simpler and innocent.

A Tribute Show paying homage to these three artists has never been offered before. This is a FIRST — it is simply UNIQUE. Available for venue bookings, concerts, private functions, special occasions, corporate events, themed events etc…
